This is a zip archive of a book-length summary of the Buddhist Vinaya as it is found in the Pali canon of the Theravada school.  The Vinaya is the ethical code that ordained Buddhists are expected to follow, and prescribes sanctions for various offenses or acts of questionable behavior, as well as discussed how accusations should be handled.  The Vinaya represents the internal disciplinary rule of the Buddhist ordained sangha.
